Poem No. 29
invidious remarks parade our homes, a generational relay of blind conformity. crafted and molded in a furnace of flames, championed to carry on this decaying grace. a mislead passion of fire at heart, the hearth turns out to be a single flame. animosity ensnares as they patiently wait, but death eventually leaves only the wick to remain.
how agonizing that we finally realize our mistakes, alas, then only at the passing gates.
